Roofs in Bokarina: what we see and what we do
Bokarina has two faces. West of Nicklin Way are 1980s Kawana streets of brick homes with concrete tile roofs, most still on their first coating and now well faded. East of it, the Bokarina Beach precinct has brought new two and three-storey homes and apartments with Colorbond and flat metal roofs right behind the dunes.
