Roofs in Sippy Downs: what we see and what we do
Sippy Downs was established in 1993 around the University of the Sunshine Coast, which opened in 1996, and grew fast through the 2000s. Chancellor Park and the surrounding estates are mostly single-storey brick homes with concrete tiles, plus later two-storey houses with flat-profile tiles and a lot of student rentals.
