Terms and Warranty

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the roof as seen at the time of inspection. Estimates made from satellite imagery are indicative and are confirmed or revised at the site inspection before any contract is signed.

Residential work valued over $3,300 (including materials, labour and GST) is covered by the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme. The premium is included in the contract price and paid to QBCC before work begins.

Seaspray Restos provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on roof restorations. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship, including pointing, tile fixing and coating application. It does not cover damage from storms, hail, impact, fallen trees, structural movement, work by others, asbestos-cement roofs, or failure to maintain the roof (for example, allowing lichen or leaf build-up to remain). Coating products carry separate manufacturer warranties which are passed on to you. Full terms are provided with your quote.
